State Supreme Court won’t rule on GH judges’ suit
OLYMPIA — A court commissioner for the state Supreme Court says that the high court will not rule on the legality of Grays Harbor Superior Court judges issuing orders of security to protect the county courthouse in the wake of the March 9 attacks, instead, kicking the matter down to Thurston County Superior Court to be resolved.
