Pendleton Marine posthumously awarded Navy Cross

CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - The Secretary of the Navy was at Camp Pendleton Tuesday morning to award the Navy Cross to the parents of Lance Cpl. Donald Hogan who was killed in 2009 after saving at least one Marine from a roadside bomb.
